Most computer problems can be repaired remotely provided the user can get online with the problem computer.

TekXpress can connect to your computer and see what your problem is and in most cases fix the problem remotely. Our charge is a reasonable $65 per incident. If the problem can not be fixed and a onsite service call is deemed necessary the $65 charge will be credited to the actual onsite service call charge
